What pumps does My Droplette work with?

My Droplette works with top selling brands in the market. We have tested manual and electric brands including: Medela, Ameda and Lansinoh.

Do you have additional sizes?

We only have one size, but we are looking at options for new development. Check back with us regularly.

Payments and Security

We currently accept debit and credit cards issued by US banks including Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal.

We partner with Braintree payments to securely process order payments. We do not store credit card information on our site at any point of the sales process.

Will I be charged sales tax?

No, we are located in the wonderful state of Oregon and do not charge sales tax.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Typically within 24-48 hours.

How much is shipping?

We offer free ground standard shipping within the continental United States.

What shipping methods are available?

The majority of our products are shipped via USPS and UPS ground. If you need something quickly, please contact us at: info@bondandlove.com.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once a package is on its way, you will get an electronic confirmation email. You should expect your order to arrive 1 to 5 business days of this email notification.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the 50 United States, however we hope to offer international shipping sometime in the future.

What if I received damaged product?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bondandlove.com with your name, order number and photos of the damage – we’ll straighten this out right away.

How do I return a product?

Please note all our products are personal care items and as such we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. See our FAQ on damaged products.
